All the videos from Xen Summit Tokyo are now available at http://www.xen.org/xensummit/xensummit_fall_2008.html. I am still working on getting all the presentations so those are not yet complete.

It would be cool for the videos to be edited such that the audio is continuous, one version in English only with the Japanese edited out and another version that has the Japanese dubbed over the talking (Japanese only).
Probably a lot of work, but something to think about for future bi-lingual conferences, maybe if it was recorded with that idea in mind, it could be easier to edit it that way.
