Xen.org Mascot Completed

With thanks to Valentin Höbel for his idea, Brian Hall for the artistic creation, and the Xen Community for voting, I am finally ready to launch the official Xen.org Mascot; I will be adding to the website later today as well as adding to the Xen Store for people interested in buying merchandise with the mascot.
