These are indeed missing and the reason is not totally clear. I raised this to be solved for a future release of XenServer. 

Also a tip: this is the opensource Xen site, please use the Citrix support forum in the future for XenServer related requests: http://forums.citrix.com/category.jspa?categoryID=101
